Mitologia Nordestina is the fictional profile of my artistic imagination. I try to rescue and express characters from Northeastern popular culture, especially from Cariri. The characters assume a very important role in the plot that I call Northeastern Mythology. Each practice of tradition, each element of popular religiosity is studied, drafted and re-signified in the universe of Northeastern Mythology.
