A Universidade Tecnol\u00f3gica Federal do Paran\u00e1 (UTFPR) \u00e9 uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o de ensino superior localizada no estado do Paran\u00e1, Brasil. Fundada em 1909, a UTFPR tem como miss\u00e3o promover o ensino, a pesquisa e a extens\u00e3o, com \u00eanfase nas \u00e1reas de ci\u00eancias aplicadas e tecnologia. <\/p>\n

A UTFPR oferece uma ampla gama de cursos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o nas \u00e1reas de engenharia, tecnologia, ci\u00eancias exatas, ci\u00eancias humanas e ci\u00eancias sociais aplicadas. A UTFPR tamb\u00e9m tem um papel importante na promo\u00e7\u00e3o da pesquisa cient\u00edfica e tecnol\u00f3gica. O projeto “Em\u00edli@s – Arma\u00e7\u00e3o em Bits” \u00e9 uma iniciativa de extens\u00e3o vinculada ao DAINF (Departamento Acad\u00eamico de Inform\u00e1tica) da UTFPR Curitiba. Seu principal objetivo \u00e9 promover a\u00e7\u00f5es que visam aumentar a representatividade das mulheres na \u00e1rea da Computa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

O projeto \u00e9 organizado em tr\u00eas \u00e1reas principais: Oficinas nas Escolas, Em\u00edlias Podcast e Eventos. Nas oficinas, s\u00e3o oferecidos mini-cursos abordando temas relacionados \u00e0 Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o, direcionados a estudantes e professoras do Ensino M\u00e9dio, com o intuito de despertar o interesse nessas \u00e1reas. O Em\u00edlias Podcast \u00e9 dedicado a entrevistar mulheres que trilharam caminhos na \u00e1rea de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, s\u00e3o realizados eventos internos, voltados para a comunidade da UTFPR, e eventos externos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
