Este programa \u00e9 uma manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o do compromisso da institui\u00e7\u00e3o em criar um ambiente inclusivo e diversificado, onde todas as vozes t\u00eam a oportunidade de serem ouvidas e valorizadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;font-family: 'Roboto Slab';font-size: 16px;color: #333333;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">A celebra\u00e7\u00e3o em quest\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas uma ocasi\u00e3o para destacar a import\u00e2ncia da presen\u00e7a feminina na tecnologia, mas tamb\u00e9m uma oportunidade de capacitar e inspirar mais mulheres a seguir carreiras neste campo. Para alcan\u00e7ar esse objetivo, o evento na UTFPR-CT contar\u00e1 com uma variedade de atividades, incluindo palestras, jogos e oficinas.
