O reconhecimento da expressividade art\u00edstica, obtido pelo Grupo de Teatro Galha Azul, considerado, em 1980, como um dos tr\u00eas melhores grupos de teatro de bonecos do mundo, no International Puppet Theater de Bielsko-Biala, na Pol\u00f4nia; a const\u00e2ncia e o permanente resgate da mem\u00f3ria das manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es do passado e, sobretudo, a exist\u00eancia do Festival de Teatro de Lages - \\&quot;FETEL\\&quot; h\u00e1 trinta anos, asseveram a tradi\u00e7\u00e3o do teatro amador nas atividades culturais da cidade. Interpretando as mudan\u00e7as s\u00f3cio-formais transpostas no discurso c\u00eanico, emergem subjacentes as impress\u00f5es de auto imagem e as diversas perspectivas sobre a cidade. Ao analisarmos o conte\u00fado das pe\u00e7as produzidas e reproduzidas em Lages, identificamos a estrutura de sentimentos e significados condicionantes de cada per\u00edodo ideologicamente compartilhado.
