Ferva as 2 x\u00edcaras de \u00e1gua, o shiitake, o shoyu, o a\u00e7\u00facar e o gengibre. Misture a meia x\u00edcara de \u00e1gua com o amido de milho, acrescente na mistura fervida e misture at\u00e9 engrossar. Desligue, acrescente o \u00f3leo de gergelim torrado e misture. Reserve.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Frite o macarr\u00e3o. Em uma panela ou frigideira grande, coloque 1 colher de sopa de margarina vegetal ou \u00f3leo vegetal, espere esquentar e jogue o macarr\u00e3o j\u00e1 cozido. Deixe at\u00e9 dourar dos dois lados. Coloque este macarr\u00e3o em uma travessa e reserve.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Em uma frigideira grande coloque um fio de \u00f3leo vegetal, e acrescente a cebola, refogando at\u00e9 dourar. Adicione a cenoura, refogue por cerca de 2 minutos e acrescente o br\u00f3colis, o piment\u00e3o e o shimeji. Refogue at\u00e9 o br\u00f3colis ficar macio. Adicione o repolho e tempere com sal a gosto. Adicione a cebolinha, desligue e jogue sobre o macarr\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Est\u00e1
