Amasse bem com um garfo at\u00e9 formar um pur\u00ea homog\u00eaneo, sem pedacinhos de ab\u00f3bora. Reserve at\u00e9 esfriar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Adicione o fub\u00e1, a f\u00e9cula de batata, o azeite de oliva, metade do sal e a pimenta do reino. Misture bem at\u00e9 obter uma bola de massa lisa e firme. Se necess\u00e1rio, adicione mais fub\u00e1.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Polvilhe uma superf\u00edcie lisa com um pouco de fub\u00e1 e fa\u00e7a rolinhos com pequenas por\u00e7\u00f5es da massa. Corte em peda\u00e7os de aproximadamente 2 cm e reserve.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Leve uma panela grande com \u00e1gua ao fogo alto. Assim que ferver adicione o restante do sal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Com o aux\u00edlio de uma escumadeira, mergulhe cerca de 10 nhoques por vez na \u00e1gua fervente. Deixe cozinhar at\u00e9 subirem \u00e0 superf\u00edcie. Retire os nhoques, escorrendo bem a \u00e1gua, e transfira para um recipiente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Para evitar que grudem um no outro, adicione um fio de azeite e chacoalhe.
