As principais informa\u00e7\u00f5es incluem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Respons\u00e1veis:<\/strong> as comiss\u00f5es permanentes de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o (CADS) gerenciam o processo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tem\u00e1ticas:<\/strong> disponibilizam materiais como o manual de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, cronograma, formul\u00e1rios, portarias, documentos, informativos, relat\u00f3rios, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Etapas do Processo:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Etapa 1: Negocia\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> no in\u00edcio do ciclo, ocorre uma negocia\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta para definir o que ser\u00e1 esperado do servidor ao longo do ano, adaptando os crit\u00e9rios avaliativos \u00e0 sua realidade e potencialidades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Etapa 2: Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> no final do ciclo, o desempenho do servidor \u00e9 avaliado com base no ano anterior.
